How to set goals and actually achieve them! If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.

A goal without a plan in just a dream. You will never achieve your goals unless you plan to achieve them. It doesn’t just happen by accident you have to work at them. Nothing worth having comes easy. If it did you would not appreciate it as much.

I have found that when you set goals it is very important that you have action steps in place in order to achieve them. You need to have a plan on how you are going to reach your goals. You need check points along the way to keep you going.

If you have a big goal, like losing a significant amount of weight you need to do more than just set the goal to lose the weight. You have to know what steps you are going to take to get there and little points along the way to keep you on track, like say lose 1 pound a week. If you just say you want to lose weight without detailing how you are going to do it, it will never happen.
