Change your life today. If you want to achieve your goals or to achieve your dreams then you need to adopt this habit.

Have you ever tried meditation? Meditation for beginners is the best thing you can do to change your life.
I have done guided mediation and followed meditation by Louise Hay, Esther Hicks, Abraham Hicks and many more. Listening to meditation music is a great way to relax and unwind.

Meditation is one of the best things you can do to change your life. It has helped me get over and basically cure depression, cure anxiety and it raise your vibration and transform your life.

I discovered the thought elevators program and it was amazing. You can see the video and get the program here. If you are at the  meditation for beginners level this will fast track you to being able to meditate successfully really quickly and easily.

Starting Over On Monday Syndrome

How to lose weight. You do so by not starting over on Monday.

This was the story of my life forever. Whenever I tried to lose weight by dieting I would always fail because I would let little things get me off track. I would give up and start over on Monday. I didn’t have the motivation to lose weight.

Today I have changed my life and I did it in part by listening to some of the great motivational speakers out there and listening to some great motivational speeches from inspirational people. As well as watching seminars and reading books from the likes of Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Brain Tracy, Prince Ea, Tyrese Gibson, Elliott Hulse, Brandon Carter, Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Eckhart Tolle, Oprah, Les Brown and Eric Thomas aka ET The Hip Hop Preacher just to name a few.

Changing my thinking helped me to change my life. Now I no longer start over on Monday. Watch my video below for the whole story!

Lessons From The Weight Room. Getting My A$$ Kicked At The Gym

How to lose weight naturally is what it’s all about. And getting strong and fit are goals I want to achieve this year. Especially since I am going to be having skin removal surgery in 2017 I want to lose fat and gain muscle to make the whole thing go smoothly. Therefore I go to the gym. I started in early 2016 but even before I started going I loved watching Strength Camp with Elliott Hulse, the Buff Dudes, Mike Rashid, TwinMuscleWorkout and Gabriel Sey, just to name a few channels (and I highly recommend that you watch their channels because they are amazing!) and I even watched bodybuilding documentaries.

However I am a total beginner and strength training is something else. Those guys have been lifting weights for years and lets just say I am nowhere near as strong as they are… yet anyways. But I’ve got to start with the basics and I learned a valuable lesson at the gym about building muscle the right way!

If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. This is so true. If you want to achieve a goal you are going to have to work at it. And this means having a detailed plan on how you are going to achieve your goals.

To achieve your dreams, you need to be motivated to go after your dreams. If you listen to Tony Robbins, Les Brown, Tyrese Gibson, Jim Rohn, ET the Hip Hop Preacher or any number of other great motivational speakers, they all tell you that you need to have a plan. You need to work at it every day. You can’t just wait on the law of attraction to hand you your dreams you have to make them happen using the law of attraction. If you want to be successful in life you need to put in the time and the effort. You can do it!

How To Get The Life Of Your Dreams!

Live the life of your dreams. This is what life is all about. We were not born to go to a job we don’t really like, just to get a paycheque that isn’t enough to enjoy life the way we want to. We were not meant to go to work 5 days a week just to get 2 days off. And what about those measly 2-4 weeks of vacation time? What a joke! That is not why we were born! We have been led to believe a lie. We can have so much more! We can live our dreams. Not just fantasize about them!

But in order to live the life of your dreams you need to…

The conditioning of your mind is the reason you live the life you live. When you think something often enough it gets programed into your mind and it becomes part of who you are. It becomes something you believe and that is what is true for you in your life. If you are like a lot of people then you have a lot of negative programing in your mind and that is the reason that you are not able to live the life of your dreams. You are getting in your own way with your negative conditioned mind.

You have programed your mind with all these negative beliefs so you need to reprogram your mind to change your life, it’s that simple. You need to take a good look at what you think and what you believe and start changing your thinking and reprogramming your beliefs. This will go a long way to changing your life for the better.

You have the life you have today because of how you think and act, it’s that simple. Over the years we have developed habits that become our way of life and some of them are actually preventing us from living the life we truly want to live. And one of those habits is complaining.

Everyone complains, it’s the way we are but some people are addicted to complaining. They are not happy unless they are complaining and actively go out of their way to complain to as many people and as often as they can. If you know people who are like this, or you are like this (I certainly used to be) you need to distance yourself and start to take steps to change that because you really are what you think about.

Don’t Let Anything Stop You From Achieving your Dreams!

Follow your dreams! Live your life! Things can and probably will go wrong and you need to act anyways. If you want to change your life you need to take massive action and not let anything get in your way of achieving your dreams. If you let small things stop you from achieving your dreams you will never get anywhere.

If you listen to the greats like Tony Robbins, Les Brown, Jim Rohn they all tell you the same thing. Get out there and make it happen! Nobody is going to hand you your dreams you need to work for them and if you let little things stop you, you will never get anywhere in life and you will never get to life a great life.

I’ve learned this along my journey and I want you to go out there and live the life you want to live so I am sharing everything I have learned with you.
